This Sausage and Tater Tot Egg Bake is the perfect, hearty breakfast casserole to kick-start your day! Ingredients
  • 6 Precooked sausages, broken into pieces
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (We like Colby Jack but any kind would work!)
  • 1/2 Bag Frozen Tater Tops (Or more if you want!)
  • 8 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 425.
    • Grease the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • Crack 8 eggs in a bowl.
    • Add 1/2 cup heavy cream. 
    • Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese. 
  3. Layer Your Ingredients:
    • Spread the tots on the bottom of the dish. (For extra crispy pre-cook the oven or air fryer)
    • Add your sausage on top of the tots.
    • Pour the egg mixture on top.
  4. Bake:
    •  Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
