Ingredients
  • 1 Pork Tenderloon (1-1.5 lbs)
  • 3 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 TBS Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prep Tenderloin:

    Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the pork tenderloin.

  3. Seasoning Mix:

    In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, paprika, and Dijon mustard.

  4. Season the Tenderloin:

    Rub the seasoning mix all over the pork tenderloin.

  5. Sear:

    Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tenderloin and sear on all sides until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).

  6. Roast:

    Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  7. Rest:

    Remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
