  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Large Tortillas
  • 1 Bag 1 Bag Caesar Salad Mix ((including croutons and dressing))

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    • Preheat your electric griddle or pan to medium-high heat.
    • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and black pepper.
    • Place the chicken on the griddle or pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Assemble the Wraps:
    • While the chicken is resting, lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
    • Spread a layer of Caesar salad mix onto each tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
    • Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips and place them on top of the salad mix.
    • Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  3. Grill the Wraps:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
    • Wipe the griddle or pan with a little oil or cooking spray, and return it to medium heat.
