Instructions
-
Prep the Chicken:
- Preheat your electric griddle or pan to medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken on the griddle or pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
-
Assemble the Wraps:
- While the chicken is resting, lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of Caesar salad mix onto each tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
- Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips and place them on top of the salad mix.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
-
Grill the Wraps:
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Wipe the griddle or pan with a little oil or cooking spray, and return it to medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on the griddle or pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
-
Serve:
- Remove the wraps from the griddle or pan and slice them in half if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Chicken Caesar Grilled Wraps!
-
