  1. Prepare the Coating:

    In a shallow bowl, mix 2 cups of flour with garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be your coating mixture. In another shallow bowl, pour in the milk.

  2. Dredge the Chicken:

    Dip each chicken piece into the milk, allowing any excess to drip off. Then coat the chicken piece in the seasoned flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.

  3. Heat the Oil:

    Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You can test the oil's readiness by dropping a small pinch of flour into the oil; if it sizzles, it’s ready.

  4. Fry the Nuggets:

    Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if needed. Cook each nugget for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).

  5. Drain and Serve:
